The Skyline Tennis Programs are unlike other programs. They have developed innovative and proven techniques to provide professional, quality tennis instruction at reasonable prices. They focus on FUN and building and reinforcing proper fundamentals critical for continuing/advancing in the game.

The Program Director, Rick Gavornik, is a USPTR certified tennis professional with over 25 years of teaching and coaching experience. Rick has taught and coached juniors and adults from beginners to tournament level players including former HS State Champions and College All American players. He worked at the Warren Racquets Club for over 10 years, was the Director of tennis at Hunterdon Hills Tennis & Fitness Center for 12 years and the Murray Hill Health and Racquet Club for over 3 years. He currently teaches and coaches USTA ranked players in the area. Rick as been a lifetime resident of Millington. Teaching Tennis has been his lifetime passion and he is thrilled to be back in Long Hill at the Community Center.

Dog Obedience

The Somerset County Dog Obedience Club conducts training at 4 levels on
Monday evenings. Each session lasts 45 minutes. Classes run 9 weeks,
EXCEPT Puppy K runs 8 weeks.

Basic Obedience - 6:55 PM or 7:45 PM
Pre-Novice - 6:55 PM
Novice - 7:45 PM
Puppy K - 7:00 PM

Rally Obedience Levels 1&2 on Wednesday evenings 7:30 - 8:30 PM. The Rally O ring will be fully matted. The dog MUST have the ability to work off lead reliably.

Rentals

The Community Center has air conditioning, heating, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The building is available for use, at reasonable rates, for any group or function up to 410 people (folding tables and chairs are available).
